Smartboat 23 – the French mini Wally
A handsome, very seaworthy archipelago cruiser designed by VPLP. Smartboat is no longer in production. Seafari AB was the Swedish agent, and this page collects information for owners.
VPLP, the design studio behind some of the world's fastest sailing boats, applied their knowledge of fast and efficient hulls to a motorboat that handles the sea unusually well. Swedish boating magazine Hamnen.se made a video review (in Swedish).
