Start with a free 30-minute conversation. I'll ask about your current challenges, goals, and timeline. Together we'll determine whether you need deep transformation (Navigator Intensive), team breakthrough (Innovation Sprint), or immediate clarity (Course Correction). Many clients start with a Course Correction to test the fit before committing to longer engagement.
Navigator Intensive: 2-3 hours per week including sessions and reflection. Innovation Sprint: 4-6 hours per week during the active phase. Course Correction: One 4-hour session plus preparation time. All programs are designed for busy executives — I work around your schedule, not the other way around.
Both. I'm equally comfortable coaching in Swedish or English, and many of my clients switch between languages depending on the topic. For international teams, I facilitate in English.
Life happens. Navigator Intensive clients can pause for up to 4 weeks without penalty. Individual sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. I'm flexible because transformation doesn't follow a rigid timeline.
Absolutely. What we discuss stays between us. I don't share client names, industries, or any details without explicit permission. Many of my clients are public figures who require complete discretion.
