When you send a form

The contact form stores your name, email, phone number if given, the topic and your message. Tester sign-up forms store name, email, phone model and your message. Contact form messages are not stored in any database: they are emailed straight to us via Resend (USA, under EU standard contractual clauses) and kept only in our inbox. Tester sign-ups are stored with Supabase in a data centre in Stockholm and also emailed via Resend. We only use it to reply or to invite you as a tester. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Retention

Contact emails are deleted from our inbox after at most 24 months, tester sign-ups after at most 12 months. If you become a client we keep what Swedish bookkeeping law requires.

No tracking

  • No cookies.
  • The contact form spam protection (ALTCHA) runs on our own server – no cookies, and no Google or other third party involved.
  • No analytics.
  • Fonts are served from our own server – your browser never contacts Google.
  • Our host (Websupport, EU) keeps standard technical server logs for operations and security.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data and object to its use – email pia@seafari.se. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
