I have been an entrepreneur for over 30 years, with a deep passion for innovation, business development, and thinking in creatively new ways. Over that time, I have run companies in Sweden while working internationally and building strong business relationships with suppliers in countries including France, England, the Netherlands, and China. Always with focus on creating unique market niches and long-term, sustainable partnerships.

Over the years, I have worked across several different industries: import, marketing, restaurants, events, education, and sailing adventures. But no matter the field, my driving force has always been the same — to build something truly valuable, emotionally felt and meaningful. I have kept the same suppliers for many years and customer relationships that have lasted for decades. Creating and nurturing relationships is one of my greatest strengths.

In recent years, I have deliberately stepped back from day-to-day operations in my businesses to devote myself fully to further growth. I have immersed myself in innovation, AI, digital strategies, and personal development – an investment in both knowledge and deeper self-awareness. This has given me a broader foundation, greater presence, and an even stronger desire to help others find their own way forward.

In my coaching, I focus on positive problem-solving, future-oriented strategies, and opening up innovative perspectives – often leveraging digital opportunities and always with sustainability in a broader sense. I help my clients discover their own authentic leadership style with clarity, confidence, and integrity, so they can make decisions that engage both head and heart.

Min erfarenhet sträcker sig också bortom företagandet. Jag har genomfört flera äventyrsexpeditioner – bland annat som första (och hittills enda) svensk att ensam kappsegla över Atlanten i Mini Transat. (läs mer på pialobry.com) Jag har seglat med Ola Skinnarmos expedition till Grönland och deltagit i världens första helt kvinnliga expedition till Antarktis. Dessa upplevelser har lärt mig mer om självledarskap, mod, förändringsförmåga och drivkraft än någon kurs någonsin kunnat göra.

Today, I offer business coaching and keynote talks in which I weave together my background as an entrepreneur, adventurer, and human being. I coach entrepreneurs, startups, and growth companies in creating sustainable development – from the inside out – through authentic self-leadership, forward-looking strategies, and a curious, innovative mindset.
